Fire alarm and detection systems (FAD)
Fire alarm and detection systems are used to locate fire in early stage. These systems could give signal to other systems in the building, which related to fire safety are. Sirens allow on time signalization for evacuation of the people. The systems also could signalized local Fire Authority.
These systems have two types:
- Conventional systems – used for small buildings;
- Addressable systems – used for big and complex buildings;
These systems are designed according to national Regulation Iз-1971/29.10.2009г. and EN 54/14.
These systems can be integrated with other low current systems. Integration can be done by graphical station with specialized software. The specialized software can show events and alarms from fire alarm system on the graphic station.
